Because of its strong attachment to men and the land of Peru, the team of STELLA PARDO wished to contribute to the development of the communities of mothers knitters with whom she works.
Cinthya, the designer, has made real friendships with her knitters to whom she pays tribute by naming some pieces of her collection by the name of these "star knitters".
Working conditions are a big concern for STELLA PARDO, as are the remunerations of these little fairy hands. Each year, the designer goes to Lima for four months to ensure the well-being of her employees, to prepare the following collection and also to recharge her batteries in this fantastic pool of hope.
In the same way, STELLA PARDO adopts a responsible and sustainable approach concerning the environment. Both the materials, the Baby Alpaca and the Organic Cotton Pima of Peru, that the natural colors of the pieces meet ECOSCALE standards.
STELLA PARDO makes it a point of honor to maintain a strong commitment to the development of these communities around Lima and intends to play its role as a responsible company respecting the land of its ancestors.
